The quality management system of the EGI Foundation for both services and portfolio/project management.
It includes the following parts:
- Core Management System (CMS) - ISO 9000: The management system was implemented to plan, implement, monitor and continually improve all services and processes under the responsibility of the EGI Foundation.
- General Service Management (SMS) - ISO 9000: The management system was implemented to deliver all services covered by the service catalogue of the EGI Foundation.
- IT Service Management (ITSMS) - ISO 20 000: The management system was implemented to deliver all IT services covered by the service catalogue of the EGI Foundation.
- Project Management Information System (PMIS) - ISO 9000: An information system to support all aspects of portfolio and project management. It provides the logical organization of the information required for an organization to enter into and execute projects successfully.
